Claude began his career on Wall Street straight out of university, resolvedly working his way through the competitive world of New York finance. While he achieved material success, Claude quickly tired of the stress, pace and in his opinion, lack of manners. He escaped to the interior of British Columbia to pursue his true passion - seeking new forms of renewable energy. He purchased the lot next to his sister Judy’s, where he has created a completely self-sufficient, zero waste living environment. The only ritual he retains from his previous life is his evening martini. He has perfected it so exactly that when he closes his eyes he could swear he’s back at the Pierre.

Composition: inset panel of antique hand embroidery surrounded by marine blue velvet, trimmed with pink gros grain ribbon, fine vintage bullion and gold cotton brush, the reverse blush combed velvet. Metal zipper.
Care Instructions: dry clean only
Condition Note: the textile showcased in this piece is over fifty years old, and as such, may show minor signs of wear.
