Eliot is gentle, tends to be shy and speaks in a bit of a whisper. She’s in her third year of a French Literature degree and is completely engrossed in her studies, favouring the works of Proust. She shares a flat with her best friend, Eleanor, who knows her better than anyone ever has. They cook together, share an extensive collection of Doc Martins and love thrifting for 90s clothes on the weekend. Eliot trusts Eleanor with her most private thoughts and closely held secrets - including the details of her budding romance with a Literature professor. Eliot knows it may not be the wisest decision, but she’s having too much fun to care. The pair often meets at the off campus pub where Eleanor works to discuss Proust over beers and a plate of fries.
