Firm, but fun, punctual and passionate, Darcie lives for the stage. She began her career as a ballet dancer, but after years of straining and stressing her body, decided it was time to move on. She shifted her focus behind the curtain and now works as a stage director for an acclaimed theatre in Prague. She takes great pride in her role, and in the company as a whole, and has formed an almost familial bond with its members. She expects much of her team, but gives more in return. They celebrate holidays together, go on vacation as a group, and there is always an itinerant performer sleeping on her couch. That is if Konrad, her beloved British Shorthair, will share.

Composition: inset panel of antique hand embroidery trimmed with golden olive velvet, with hot pink cotton, trimmed with fuchsia bullion, the reverse yellow tonal striped satin. Metal zipper.

Condition Note: the textile showcased in this piece is over fifty years old, and as such, may show minor signs of wear.
