Leña owns a beloved and very popular sandwich shop in Toronto, The Sand Witch, that is rarely without a line out the door. She is known for her unexpected flavour combinations and accompanying dipping sauces. Leña features a new special weekly that becomes part of the regular menu should the customer response merit it. The current offering is a Lanark Blue grilled cheese, topped with roasted grapes and potato chips, with hot honey for dipping. So far, the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
