While colleagues tend to find Webster a bit crusty and immensely impatient, they long to work with him. He’s widely considered to be the most talented stage manager on Broadway and his presence almost guarantees a hit show. However, those closest to him know that Webster’s cantankerous exterior actually shields a tender heart. After harsh rejection early in his career, Webster constructed a very specific persona out of a need for self-preservation. He loves nothing more than being completely himself, surrounded by his best friends. He often hosts them in his colourful and thoughtfully- decorated apartment, with gilded walls and silk lampshades - and a custom birdcage for his beloved parrot LuPone. Webster was a maximalist before that was really a thing. He has collected Broadway memorabilia since he was a child, and has his favourite pieces displayed throughout his home. His most recent acquisition is a boa from the set of La Cage aux Folles that he won on eBay.

Composition: cornflower blue and butter yellow French country cotton with a silky tangerine reverse, the edges finished with large metallic gold rick rack and light blue bullion. Metal zipper.
